Sixty students and Kundalini Yoga Teachers met in the beautiful forest outside of Moscow for their annual yoga festival, coordinated by Hari Har Kaur. Everyone was so enthusiastic and loved the Kundalini Yoga and numerology classes taught by Shiv Charan Singh (London). They sang their hearts out and delighted in the Celestial Communication, especially to Ajai Alai, led by Hari Kaur (Amsterdam). There is so much gratitude to the Siri Singh Sahib (Yogi Bhajan) for bringing the sharing the teachings and a new way of life. With Sukhmani Kaur (Russia) we also played at the Indian Sikh Gurdwara in Moscow, and Gurdwara participants were so happy to see us they sang loudly with all the Kirtan. We met with Guru Jiwan Singh who has started residential rehabilitation centers and clinics in Moscow and in Usbekistan and uses Kundalini Yoga as one of the methods with these young people. On the Siri Singh Sahib’s birthday, we chanted to Guru Ram Das with all our hearts and felt our family connecting all over the world
and sending love and healing to our beloved teacher. The Russians are phenomenal! Pust solnce svetit nad toboy! May the Longtime Sunshine Upon You!
