"This shabd will change poverty to prosperity."

Part I
Position:
Sit in Easy Pose with a straight spine. Bring both hands in Gyan Mudra (touch the tip of the index finger with the tip of the thumb, the other fingers remain straight.) Place the right hand, palm facing forward, next to the shoulder. The fingers point up towards the ceiling, the hand is at the level of the face. The left elbow is bent and the left hand is resting on the left knee, palm facing up. the eyes are closed. Chant the 25th Pauri of Japji Sahib aloud.
Continue for 31 minutes.

Part II
Remain in the same position. Breathe very long, deep and slow through the nose. In the silence, hear the sound of the mantra in your inner ear.
Continue for 5 minutes.

To end: Inhale deeply, squeeze your entire spine from top to bottom, bringing the energy from the Earth to Heavens. Hold for 15-20 seconds. Cannon fire exhale through the mouth. Repeat two more times. Relax. Note: It is recommended to dance for a few minutes after completing this meditation to "balance out the energy and keep the nervous system strong." Yogi Bhajan played the Banghara tape for this purpose.

Bahutaa Karam - Translation

His Blessings are so abundant,
there can be no written account of them.
The Great Giver does not hold back anything.
So many great, heroic warriors beg
at the door of the Infinite Lord.
So many contemplate and dwell upon Him,
that they cannot be counted.
So many waste away to death engaged in corruption.
So many take and take again, and then deny receiving.
So many foolish consumers keep on consuming.
So many endure distress, deprivation, and constant abuse.
Even these are Your Gifts, O Great Giver!
Liberation from bondage comes only by your will.
No one else has any say in this.
If some fool should presume to say that he does, he shall learn, and feel the effects of his folly.
He Himself knows, He Himself gives.
Few, very few are those who acknowledge this.
One who is blessed to sing the Praises of the Lord,
O Nanak, is the king of kings.
