RA MA DA SA SA SAY HO HUNG
Sit in easy Pose with your upper arms resting against your ribs, elbows bent, and your forearms pointing upward. Your palms are flat with the fingers together. The palms face upward and point out from your body at a 45 degree angle. Your eyes are focused at the tip of your nose, and the eyelids are nine-tenths closed. Inhale deeply and chant the mantra all in one breath. Musically chant Ra, Ma, Da, and as you chant Sa, pull in on your navel point, so that this syllable is short and powerful. Continue by musically chanting Sa, Say, So and as you chant Hung, once again pull in on your navel so that this syllable is also short and powerful. All your remaining breath should be expelled with Hung. Start with 11 minutes and work up to 31 minutes.
