IKYTA 1999 Membership / Grandfathering
For a listing in the 1999 Kundalini Yoga Teachers Directory Booklet and on the 1999 Teachers Directory on the Internet at www.kundaliniyoga.com, your 1999 IKYTA Registration Form must be received by December 15, 1998. If you belong to a national teachers association you're entitled to a personal directory listing for a reduced fee. If you are not on our teacher's mailing list please contact us for 1999 membership information.
You can still apply to become a KRI Certified teacher through Grandfathering if you have over 700 hours experience teaching public Kundalini Yoga classes. Completed applications must be received by December 31, 1998. Only Grandfathered teachers will be eligible to teach as part of a KRI Teacher Training team.
Please Note: by the year 2000, only KRI certified teachers who join IKYTA will be listed in the Kundalini Yoga Teachers Directory Booklet and on the Internet Directory.
Yoga Festival: Loches, France
This July, I had the pleasure of visiting Loches for the annual European Yoga Festival along with six other staff from the U.S. It was very exciting for us to meet and interact with our European Khalsa family and so many students and teachers in such a beautiful and relaxed atmosphere. I enjoyed meeting many of the teachers I have only faxed or e-mailed these past few years!
Upon our return we received the message that the Siri Singh Sahib Yogi Bhajan had set a new theme for the International Secretariat staff to "Reach-out and Teach-out." It couldn't have come at a better time!! We are eagerly making plans to meet many more of you in 1999, and experience 3HO around the world.
