Meditation to Develop the Self-Sensory System
Point the Jupiter finger (forefinger) of the right hand straight up towards the sky, palm facing forward, with the thumb wrapped around the fingers which are closed in a fist. The right elbow is bent and relaxed at the side. The left hand is placed flat over the heart center. Listen to this lecture recorded in its entirety in your own voice.
