Position: Sit straight in Easy Pose. Lock your
energy by interlocking the fingers in
front of the heart center with the
thumbs crossed. Feel this energy for
those who are hurting.
Elbows are relaxed.
Eyes: Eyes are closed.
Mantra: Chant Raa Maa Daa Saa, Saa Say So
Hung: You must reach out to those
who are suffering sincerely from your
heart.
Time: Continue for 3-11 minutes.
To end: Inhale deeply, hold this precious
breath of life, and meditate on the
Universe. Exhale. Repeat twice.


Oneness of Heart

Position: Sit in Easy Pose. The palms of the
hands are gently pressed together in
front of the heart.
Eyes: Eyes are closed.
Mantra: Chant Raa Maa Daa Saa, Saa Say So
Hung: Be very sincere, devout and
solid.
Time: Sing for 11 minutes with a full voice.
Whisper for 1 minute.
Chant in silence for 1 minute.
To end: Inhale deeply, hold, and give this
breath to those who need it. Exhale
and relax.
