It is time to celebrate! On January 5, 1969, Siri Singh Sahib Yogi Bhajan gave his first lecture in the United States and 3HO Foundation was born. His lecture topic was "The Art and Science of Liberation", and it is amazing and humbling when you realize how much we have been taught about that topic in the past 30 years.
We will be celebrating this anniversary throughout the year in many ways, including a wonderful birthday party at Summer Solstice. Maybe you would like to consider celebrating the 30th birthday of 3HO on January 5th with your students by having a potluck dinner, a meditation, or a yoga class.
