How Time Tests Faith
Excerpts, December 2, 2001
Time is upon us and we are like a test of time. This country of ours is asking questions. Though the authorities have progressed a lot to protect the faith of everybody, still faith is being tested. It’s not unusual. This is how time tests faith. Today was one thing; tomorrow we will be tested with the economy of this country. Our hard work will be tested, our loyalty, and our sincerity to the purpose. The objectiveness we have wanted to receive and the steadiness we have to study throughout our stay here will be the things giving us the conquering edge over the folly of the time.

We have established ourselves in a very small period of time through the brightness and the beauty of our own consciousness, our precious gift of God. Oneness with God is very simple; it is compassion, kindness, forgiveness and service. This is how we are proceeding, progressing, growing and getting deeper. And our color, our contents and our consciousness are becoming part of our life.

Thirty-some odd years are not a lot and yet we are everywhere. It tests our patience, our endurance, our character, our behavior and our values in life.

I ask you to continue doing a very strong sadhana, aradhana, and prabhubati. Keep your sadhana and keep your aradhana to that effect that you’ll be with God and not lonely; and progression, and progress will be manifold. That is the beauty and bounty which Guru has blessed on us. May Sat Guru be with you ever and ever.

Wahe Guru ji ka Khalsa, Wahe Guru ji ki Fateh.
