Meditation - "Intuition" with photo
“Intuition”

Position: Sit with a straight spine in Easy Pose, or in a chair, with the feet firmly on the ground. The hands are in Gyan Mudra, resting on the knees, with the palms facing up.
Eyes: Close your eyes and focus internally between the eyebrows, and the root of the nose.

Part 1) [Note: Yogi Bhajan played the gong in a specific rhythm for the first part of this meditation, while Ang Sang Wahe Guru by Nirinjan Kaur played in the background. Our suggestion would be to purchase the audio tape of this class from www.a-healing.com (LA0684-4/24/91)]

Go deeper and deeper inside yourself. Concentrate. The sound of the gong can give you a sense of the distance of Infinity, which you cannot otherwise measure. Continue for 10 minutes then slowly and gradually return to the sound which you are hearing now.
[Note: at this point, only the Ang Sang Wahe Guru tape can be heard.]

Part 2) Whisper along with the tape Ang Sang Wahe Guru by Nirinjan Kaur.
Continue for 9 minutes.

To end: Inhale deeply, press the tongue up on the upper palate of the mouth, hold the breath for 20 seconds, squeeze, and exhale. Repeat two more times. Relax.

"This meditation is called, 'Intuition.' It can cut across human rational and logic, and set you on faith."
