During the month of January, the 3HO Team met to redefine our marketing strategy and goals for the year 2001. We enjoyed a high-powered meeting where we identified some key focuses:
Ø Put more energy into publicizing the
meaning of “KRI” so that KRI-certified
teachers and products receive the recognition
and honor they deserve.
Ø Renew our commitment to serving our
grass-roots teachers and students (that’s
you!), knowing that the best way to create a
strong international identity for 3HO is to
support the people out there, who, day after
day, practice, teach and share the technology
Yogi Bhajan has selflessly given to us.
Ø Offer a Marketing Seminar for Kundalini
Yoga teachers at Summer Solstice 2001 and,
if the seminar goes well, take it on the road
to yoga centers around the country at no
charge to the teachers.
Ø Invest even more money to make capital
improvements TODAY to our Event
grounds-both at the lower camp (site of
Ladies’ Camp/ Master’s Touch) and Ram
Das Puri (site of Summer Solstice).
The highlight of the meeting day was when Yogi Bhajan stepped in to offer his invaluable wisdom and insight. We wanted to share a few of his words with you. For years he has taught that people grow from individual consciousness through group consciousness to Universal consciousness. For over 30 years, we have worked on ourselves. Now it is time to come together as a group and grow towards Universal consciousness.
Yogi Bhajan’s words:
“3HO is so simple. To be healthy. To be happy. To be holy. Holy means you have nine holes. If you are aware of what comes in and out of these holes, that’s it. There is not one person on the planet who doesn’t want to be Healthy, Happy, Holy……3HO has to take off. No philosophy. No reading books, no “who said what.” Forget it. … 3HO has the most powerful logo. The people carry the world in the palm of their hands……..
Kundalini Yoga is the reserve energy to open the light of God. It’s the base of everything. Kundalini is what goes through the locks……..We’re not here by any accident or incident. We’re here to connect and join or disconnect and lose. Hand of God which created you should carry you and will carry you if you let it be.”
