Nam Kaur Khalsa
IKYTA Executive Director
International Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training
While on tour in Germany this last September, Yogi Bhajan told SS Satya Singh Khalsa to collaborate with SS Karta Singh Khalsa and MSS Gurucharan Singh Khalsa to complete the Level 1 International Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Certification Program.
He further stated that he wants only the new KRI Teacher Training Certification program taught from this point on, and requests that all Teacher Trainers register with IKYTA.
If you are currently offering a Teacher Training program or have plans to start one in 1996, please contact Nam Kaur at IKYTA immediately for more details. A subcommittee of IKYTA is working to create the eligibility requirements for KRI Teacher Trainers...
Grandfathering Certification
Many teachers have called to see if we will still accept their Grandfathering applications and the answer is YES! The window for Grandfathering has always been through August 31st of 1996.
IKYTA members save $75 on Grandfathering.
KRI Certification (either through a KRI Teacher Training program or Grandfathering) will be one of the main requirements to be a Teacher Trainer in the future.
If you and your spouse are both eligible for Grandfathering you can save $100.
We also have Prepayment plans for those who would prefer to make payments over a five month period without accruing credit card interest. The last month to sign up for the Prepayment Plan is April, 1996.
All Grandfathering applications must be approved and the Grandfathering fee paid in full by August 31st, 1996; the Grandfathering exam is due three months from receipt. So don’t delay - send in your application now, so you can complete your exam in time to enjoy Summer Solstice and KWTC.
