Offerings From Yogi Bhajan
Offerings from Yogi Bhajan

The following three fast and simple techniques were given by the Siri Singh Sahib Yogi Bhajan to enhance your energy, creativity, and prosperity. Just find three minutes in your busy day to practice and enjoy!

1. Meditation to bring Prosperity
Sit relaxed, with a straight spine. Look at the center of your chin through closed eyes or look at the tip of your nose through partially closed eyes. Inhale deeply and hold, while you mentally recite: "I am Bountiful, I am Blissful, I am Beautiful." Exhale entirely, and hold the breath out as you mentally recite: "Excel, Excel, Fearless." Practice this for 3 minutes at a time, 3 or 4 times a day (or more if you want.)

This meditation will help bring prosperity into your life. This is a good way to take a break from a hectic schedule, to refresh and recharge yourself.

2. Conscious Breathing for Effective Energizing
Raise your arms straight out to the sides and up to a 60 degree angle. The fingers are pressing against the mounds of the palms with thumbs pointing up. Do breath of fire for 3 minutes. Inhale, hold the breath; quickly move the fingers over and under the thumbs (make fists) for 15 seconds. Then with hands in the original position, slowly bring thumbs together overhead. When the thumbs meet, slowly lower your arms as you exhale, making an arc of the descending thumbs. Sit for one minute, breathing slowly.

This exercise is vitalizing and energizing; enhances charisma and radiance.

3. Techniques to Enhance Creativity
Make hands into fists and thrust your elbows back past the plane of your body. Press your chest out. Take five deep breaths, inhale deep, hold the breath, and begin punching. Get mad: When you can’t hold the breath any longer, exhale. Inhale, repeat the powerful punching motion with the breath held, exhale. Repeat one more time. Then sit, eyes closed, and breathe as slowly as you can for 2 minutes. Stretch and relax.
