Start before dawn with a high-energy live music sadhana. Enjoy lots of live music throughout the day, and crystallize your experience with Yogi Bhajan’s lecture, The Flow of Personality, the Grow of Strength.
Build connections with other teachers, attend yogic technology workshops, and rejoice and rejuvenate through the power of sound and mantra. Learn skills that you can take home and share with your yoga community. All Kundalini Yoga teachers are welcome.
