2004 Prosperity Meditation
of the Year

Sit in Easy Pose with a straight spine. Each hand is made into a fist, with the tip of the thumb touching the mound of the pinky and the fingers folded over it. The fists are in front of the heart center, the forearms parallel to the ground; the knuckles face each other. The eyes are focused at the tip of the nose.
The mantra is: Haree Haree Haree Haree Haree Haree Haree Haree
This mantra is chanted in two parts. The first set of four Harees is chanted using a deep, bass voice, representing the male force. The second set of four Harees is chanted with a higher voice, which represents the female force.
