The Triangle Of Giving
The Triangle of Giving

To tithe is to give non personally or transpersonally. It is an act of acknowledgement or gratitude to the totality. The totality is our consciousness, our essence, our spiritual being. There is no obligation implied. Breaking through fear and surrendering to the Unknowable Unknown will give us the inner reward of transforming our own prosperity!

Tithing - Giving to the Unknown
Self Esteem Magic Mantra Meditation

Sit in a comfortable meditation posture.
Lift hands to heart level, palms up, elbows relaxed at your sides, forming a shallow cup of your hands, placing the sides of the palms and Mercury fingers comfortably together, thumbs out and away from hands. (Edges of the "cup" are about 30 degrees up from the parallel plane. The important thing is to keep the line of Mercury connected at the edges of the palms and little fingers. Normally there will be no opening whatsoever; however some people will have a gap between their little fingers. Keep it to a minimum.
Look into the hands but keep the eyes closed and chant:
EK ONG KAR, SAT GURPRASAD SAT GURPRASAD EK ONG KAR in a monotone, letting the breath naturally find itself. One cycle last 4-5 seconds.

Pledging - Extension of Yourself
Self Trust Meditation for Brosa

Sit in lotus or easy pose.
Arch the arms up over the head with the palms down. If you are a male, put the right palm on top of the left. Ladies put the left palm on top of the right. Put the thumb tips together with thumbs pointing back.
The arms are bent at the elbows slightly.
Keep the eyelids open slightly and look down toward the upper lip.
Chant the mantra WAHE GURU. Form the sounds with the lips and tongue very precisely. Whisper it so that the GURU is almost inaudible. It takes about 2 1/2 seconds per repetition. Continue for 11 minutes.

Self Confidence Sat Kriya

Sit on the heels and stretch the arms over the head so that the elbows hug the ears.
Interlock all the fingers except the first ones (index) which point straight up.
Begin to chant SAT NAM emphatically in a constant rhythm about eight times per 10 seconds. Chant the sound SAT from the navel point and the solar plexus, and pull the umbilicus all the way in toward the spine. On NAM relax the belly.
Continue at least three minutes, then inhale and squeeze the muscles tightly from the buttocks all the way up the back, past the shoulders.
Mentally allow the energy to flow through the top of the skull. Ideally, you should relax for twice the length of time that the kriya was practiced.
